Peter Hui, President of Hospitality Unlimited Investments, Inc., a California Licensed real estate broker and a Certified Hotel Administrator.

Hui has 33 years experience in the hospitality business as owner, developer, management, operator, general manager with Hilton hotel, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn and Quality Inn. He has taught hotel management courses at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, California.

Since he founded H.U.I. Inc. in 1986, he has successfully completed more than three hundred hotel transactions, valued well over one billion dollars. He is also a partner in Petra Risk Solutions. Hui is the founder and chairman of the Board with First Choice Bank. Hui earned his Bachelor's degree from Southwest State University in hotel and restaurant management and is also a graduate of the Executive Program in Management at University of California at Los Angeles.
