Mr. Hui, President of Hospitality Unlimited Investments, Inc., is a California licensed real estate broker and a Certified Hotel Administrator. He has thirty three years experience in the hospitality business as owner, developer, management Company, operator, General Manager with Hilton Hotel, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and Quality Inn, etc. He has taught Hotel management Courses at California State Polytechnic University--Pomona, California. Since he founded the company in 1986, he has successfully completed more than one billion dollar 300 hotel transactions. He is also a partner in Petra Risk Solutions. He is the founder and chairman of the Board with First Choice bank. Mr. Hui earned his Bachelor's degree from Southwest State University in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is also a graduate of the Executive Program in Management at University of California at Los Angeles.

Amit Sharma, Investment Consultant

Amit Sharma has been part of the Hospitality Unlimited Investments team since December 2002. In June of 2002, Amit earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of California in Los Angeles in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. With a family background in hotel ownership/operation for more than 5 years, Amit understands the fundamentals of a successful hotel operation from effective cost control to revenue generation. After graduation, Mr. Sharma instantly realized his passion for real estate, and his interest in the field coupled with his family background in hotel ownership/operation landed Amit with an opportunity to actively utilize both his college education and work experience in hotel brokerage. As a licensed real estate broker of California, Mr. Sharma is confident that clients will find his services valuable and effective in making their hotel investment decisions.
